This counter is a free service for the citizens of Brescia East District who can apply to the counter of Carpenedolo for some matters relating to Voluntary Jurisdiction, so that they don’t need to go to the Court of Brescia:

  • Trusteeships
  • Tutorships/guardianships
  • Permissions for minors

What does the counter do?

  • Information about some matters of Voluntary Jurisdiction;
  • Support to prepare applications for the appointment of Trustees, to collect and check the annexes and to fill in the proper forms;
  • Collection of applications filled in and deposit at the office of the clerk of the Court;
  • Collection of certified copies and subsequent fulfillments (notifications at UNEP) at the office of the clerk of the Court;
  • Support to prepare the annual statements of Trusteeship and Tutorship;
  • Collection of written annual statements and deposit at the office of the clerk of the Court;
  • As regards permissions for minors, it gives support to fill in the proper forms and deposits them at the office of the clerk of the Court.

Who can apply to the counter?

All the services are provided for free to citizens and families of the Municipalities belonging to Brescia East District (Acquafredda, Calcinato, Calvisano, Carpenedolo, Montichiari, Remedello, Visano).

Who manages the counter?

This counter was open thanks to a Memorandum of Understanding between the Court of Brescia and the Municipality of Carpenedolo and it is managed by "Cum Fide" NPO Association.
