With the online one-stop shop you can submit online all the paperwork of the public administration at any time, without going in person to the municipal offices. The files submitted via the one-stop shop completely replace the paper ones, since they are in compliance with the rules of the digital administration code.
It allows you to:
- see all the necessary information and rules to submit papers;
- fill in and sign the digital forms;
- make payments online;
- check every stage of your proceeding.
In this way, waiting times reduce and the local government improves its work.
The online one-stop shop implements the plan of informatization, introduced by Decree no. 90 of June 24th, 2014 and mandatory for all public administrations.
