Functions

This office deals with:

  • receipt of declarations of beginning of works, commencement notices and requests for the issuance of building permits and any other permits concerning construction activities, including certificates of habitability;
  • provision of information and technical explanations;
  • issuance of building permits, certificates of habitability, as well as certificates attesting the statutory requirements and town planning, environmental, building decrees which are relevant for building interventions;
  • provision of maps;
  • delivery of permits, certificates and documents;
  • preparation and approval of planning tools;
  • preparation and approval of building action plans of public and private initiative.
