Functions
The Secretary’s Office guarantees:
- technical and administrative support activities to the institutional bodies of the Municipality and to their institutional and representative functions;
- technical and administrative support activities to the Town Clerk in the exercise of his duties.
In particular, it provides for:
- the fulfilments related to the record, publication and preservation of the Town Council and Municipal Board's resolutions;
- the drawing up, record and preservation of contracts and conventions;
- the management of general affairs and issues not submitted to other services.
