Functions

The Secretary’s Office guarantees:

  • technical and administrative support activities to the institutional bodies of the Municipality and to their institutional and representative functions;
  • technical and administrative support activities to the Town Clerk in the exercise of his duties.

In particular, it provides for:

  • the fulfilments related to the record, publication and preservation of the Town Council and Municipal Board's resolutions;
  • the drawing up, record and preservation of contracts and conventions;
  • the management of general affairs and issues not submitted to other services.
